Ingredients
1 loaf of turmeric cheese bread
1 coscia pear
20 g sugar
5 g butter
15 ml cognac
80 g speck
Preparation
Wash the pear, remove the the seeds and peel and cut it into slices. Melt the butter in a pan and add the pear, the sugar and the cognac. Cook for 15 minutes, until the pear is soft.
Heat the turmeric cheese bread in the oven, in order to soften the cheese inside, then cut it and stuff it with pear and speck.
