Ingredients
16 slices of toasted brioche or, alternatively, one salty panettone
200 g salami
12 anchovies
1 ripe avocado
oil, salt, pepper, a few drops of lemon juice
Preparation
This party recipe can be made using both salty panettone and toasted brioche.
First of all, toast the slices of bread. Then, peel the avocado, mash it with a fork and season it slightly with two drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Alternate a layer of ingredients with a layer of bread.
Serve the toasted brioche on a rustic centrepiece and decorate with a bud salad.
