Ingredients
1 galletta (or schuttelbrot, Sud Tyrol rye bread)
80 g speck
30 g Greek yogurt
15 g candied apple
Preparation
The schuttelbrot, also called “galletta”, is a typical South Tyrol bread from: it is a round, crunchy, cumin-flavoured type of bread. Stuff it with slices of speck, dense Greek yogurt and slices of candied apple. Decorate this original speck sandwich with wild fennel, dill and chives.
