Ingredients
1 90 g savoury croissant
50 g nectarines
50 g fresh sheep ricotta cheese
60 g Parma ham
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Cut the peaches into slices, then grill them on a hot grill and brush a trickle of oil on them, to prevent them from sticking.
Sift the ricotta cheese and put it aside, ready to be spread.
Heat the savoury croissant in the hot oven for a few minutes, cut it into two horizontally and spread the sifted ricotta in the lower part. Add the peaches and complete the sandwich with Parma ham.
Close with the second half and serve this tasty ricotta croissant!
