Sara Miletti
Ingredients
1 cereal sanwich
50 g broccoli
60 g speck
1 egg
oil
garlic
2 spoons delicate mustard
Preparation
Boil water in a pot, add salt and cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes: after cooking, though firm, it must be possible to pierce them.
Put an egg inside a little pot, cover it with cold water and turn on the burner. Since when water boils, cook for 10 minutes. Then remove it from the water, let it cool, peel it and cut it into halves.
Mash one half of the yolk with a fork, add mustard and cut the other half of the egg into slices.
Stir-fry the broccoli in a pan with a garlic clove.
Cut the bread into two horizontally, spread mustard on the lower part, add egg slices and broccoli and complete the sandwich with speck.
Close with the other half of the bread and serve your speck sandwich!
