Ingredients
1/2 durum wheat sfilatino bread
10 g peeled almonds cut into strips
30 g green olive paté
80 g stracciatella cheese
70 g bresaola
Preparation
In a non-stick pan toast the almonds and put them aside.
Cut the bread horizontally into two halves and spread olive pâté on the lower half, adding sliced stracciatella cheese and bresaola.
Complete with almonds and serve the bresaola sandwich closing it with the upper half.
