Sandwich with bresaola, stracciatella cheese, olive pâté, toasted almond bits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 durum wheat sfilatino bread
  • 10 g peeled almonds cut into strips
  • 30 g green olive paté
  • 80 g stracciatella cheese
  • 70 g bresaola

Preparation

  1. In a non-stick pan toast the almonds and put them aside.
  2. Cut the bread horizontally into two halves and spread olive pâté on the lower half, adding sliced stracciatella cheese and bresaola.
  3. Complete with almonds and serve the bresaola sandwich closing it with the upper half.
