Ingredients

  • 80 g San Daniele ham
  • 30 g Tropea red onion marmalade
  • sage focaccia
  • 30 g sheep blue-vein cheese

Preparation

  1. Slightly heat the sage focaccia, cut it into two and stuff it with the San Daniele ham, the onion marmalade and the blue-vein cheese.
