  • 240 g bresaola
  • 120 g portobello mushrooms
  • 80 g bagoss bits
  • wild fennel and dill tops

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients for the mushroom salad on the serving dish and season – as you prefer – with a citrus sauce.
