Parma ham roses with olive paté and grilled polenta

Ingredients

  • 120 g ready-to-eat polenta
  • 4 slices of Parma ham
  • 2 spoons of fig marmalade
  • green olive paté

Preparation

  1. Cut the ready-to-eat polenta into slices.
  2. Grill the polenta on a gridiron.
  3. On a serving plate, spread some olive paté.
  4. Arrange the Parma ham in the shape of roses and put them on the plate.
  5. Put a piece of grilled polenta inside each rose and complete with a teaspoon of fig marmalade.
  6. Serve as soon as it is ready.
