  • small-sized milk buns
  • salami
  • goat cheese spread
  • rocket salad
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of mascarpone

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the previously chopped rocket with goat cheese and mascarpone. Add salt and a pinch of black pepper. Cut the sandwiches in half and fill them with the rocket and cheese mixture and Citterio Salami.
