Ingredients

  • 1 puffed michetta (or rosetta)
  • 80 g Milan salami
  • 5 Lombard pickled peppers
  • 30 g cooked grape must

Preparation

  1. Slightly heat the Michetta bread, cut and stuff it with salami, Lombard peppers (well drained from their vinegar) and strips of cooked grape must. Enjoy your tasty salami sandwich!
