Ingredients
280 g red prawns
extra virgin olive oil
1 lime
1 clove of garlic
mustard seeds
90 g salami
Preparation
Shell the red prawn, remove the intestinal tract and let them marinate for 30 minutes with oil, lemon juice, one garlic clove cut into two and mustard seeds.
To serve, remove the prawns from marinade, season with extra virgin olive oil and complete with salami roses.
