Grilled papaya, Parma ham and light soy mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 240 g Parma ham
  • 400 g papaya
  • 120 ml soy milk
  • 240 g seed oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Grill the papaya and let it colour. With a blender, mix soy milk and seed oil and add salt and pepper.
  2. Place Parma ham in a plate together with the grilled papaya and the mayonnaise.
