Flower tramezzino sandwiches with pickled artichokes and cooked ham

Ingredients
6 square slices of tramezzino bread
6 slices of cooked ham
6 pickles artichokes
mayonnaise
Preparation
With a sheet of paper towel, drain the pickled artichokes and remove excess oil; then, cut them into thin slices.
Take 3 slices of white bread and spread the mayonnaise on them, followed by the pickled artichokes cut into slices and one slice of cooked ham for each tramezzino sandwich. Pile up the other slices of bread and slightly press to make them compact.
On the bread surface, put another slice of ham. Finally, using biscuit moulds, shape each tramezzino sandwich as you wish.
Decorate with the mayonnaise and serve the ham tramezzino sandwiches immediately!
