Ingredients
1 durum wheat bocconcino bread
15 g butter
chives
tarragon
40g emmental cheese
20 g pickled cucumbers in sweet and sour sauce
70 g cooked ham
Preparation
Leave the butter at room temperature until it reaches the texture of an ointment. Cut the emmentaler and the pickled cucumbers into thin slices.
Cut the sandwich into two horizontally and spread the herb butter on the lower part. Then, alternate the slices of cooked ham with the emmentaler and the pickled cucumbers.
Close the sandwich with the other half and enjoy your cooked ham sandwich!
