Ingredients
3 slices of wholewheat bread loaf
80 g cooked ham
1/2 chopped smoked scamorza cheese
2 radish heads
mustard
Preparation
Cut the radish into thin slices and mix them with mustard. Stuff three layers of bread with ham and slices of scamorza cheese, heat them on the plate and, finally, bake them just to let the scamorza melt.
Match the toast with the radish and mustard salad.
