Preparation
Pour lemon juice on pear slices. In a small non-stick pan, melt the sugar with half a glass of water, then add pears and cook them until they have an amber colour.
In the meantime, cut the bread horizontally into two and spread the stracchino cheese on the lower part. Then, add the San Daniele ham, alternating it with pears and walnut grains.
Close with the other half of the bread and serve the San Daniele ham sandwich.
