Ingredients

  • 160 g new spinach
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 30 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • 40 g taggiasca olives

Preparation

  1. Toast pine nuts in a non-stick little pot or in the oven. Cut the cooked ham into pieces. In a salad bowl, season the raw spinach, add the ham and the other ingredients.
  2. Decorate the spinach salad with bread croutons.
