Ingredients
160 g new spinach
200 g cooked ham
30 g pine nuts
30 g sun-dried tomatoes
40 g taggiasca olives
Preparation
Toast pine nuts in a non-stick little pot or in the oven. Cut the cooked ham into pieces. In a salad bowl, season the raw spinach, add the ham and the other ingredients.
