Ingredients

  • 4 red prawns
  • 4 slices of bresaola
  • 80 g of burrata cheese

Preparation



Shell the red prawn and remove the intestinal tract. Wrap each prawn in a slice of bresaola. Place the burrata cheese at the bottom of a small glass and complete with the prawn.
