Parma ham sandwich with artichoke cream, mozzarella and rocket

Ingredients

  • 1 small baguette
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese
  • 70 g Parma ham
  • 20 g artichoke cream
  • rocket to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the baguette horizontally into two and, in the lower part, spread the artichoke cream.
  2. Then, add the slices of mozzarella, the Parma ham, the rocket and some rocket leaves.
  3. Close with the second half and serve the Parma ham sandwich.
