Preparation
Peel the potato, cut it into slices and stir-fry it in a non-stick pan with a trickle of extra virgin olive oil.
Whip the egg, adding ham cubes, some drops of milk, a pinch of salt.
When the potato is almost cooked, pour the whipped egg in the pan and let each side cook
for some minutes. Immediately serve the omelette with cooked ham!
