Carasau bread lasagna, light salami, green beans and turnip greens

Ingredients

  • 20 slices of carasau bread cut into four parts
  • 240 g light salami
  • olilve oil
  • 120 g green beans
  • 160 g turnip greens, cleaned
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper, chilli pepper
  • 80 g grated parmesan

Preparation

 

Boil green beans in plenty of salted water and drain them al dente. Cook turnip greens with olive oil, one garlic clove and chili pepper.
Alternate Pane Carasau with salami, turnip greens and green beans, topping each layer with parmesan and pepper. Cook au gratin in the oven.
Serve the bread lasagna on a serving plate.
