Roast the slices of raisin bread and let them cool down.
Mix goat cheese with two spoons of hot water, in which saffron was melted.
Before serving, spread the goat cheese on bread and top it with the San Daniele ham, or form little goat cheese quenelles aside.
Decorate with lettuce leaves.
