Ingredients

  • 350 g strawberries
  • 60 g shelled pistachios
  • 160 g cow ricotta cheese
  • 150 g bologna
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar glaze

Preparation



Cut the strawberries, put them in a plate and add the pistachios (roughly minced with a knife), the fresh ricotta cheese quenelle and the bologna.
Add salt and pepper if necessary, complete with the balsamic vinegar glaze and with extra virgin olive oil and serve!
