Our prosciutto are slowly dry-air aged in the Pennsylvania Pocono Mountains for up to a year or more. We have paired our Prosciutto with a fresh Mozzarella Cheese for your convenience. Enjoy with fresh basil and tomatoes, or as is right from the package.
