Our Capocollo is a slow-roasted pork shoulder, flavorfully coated with paprika and spices. It is an ideal piccante option for adding to an Antipasto. Also popular in a Panini with Fontina cheese, cut ribbons of Capocollo and add to steamed vegetables, or pasta or pizza sauces.
