Ingredients

  • 240 g of coppa ham
  • 2 yellow pepper
  • 2 red peppers
  • White wine vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • sugar

Preparation



Clean and cut pepper into cubes, sauté them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a coffee spoon of sugar.
When peppers are cooked, simmer with white vinegar until reduced.
Serve the slices of coppa ham accompanied by sweet and sour peppers.
